Reactors, Heat Exchangers, Auto Claves, Storage Tanks, Vessels, Batch Mixtures, Hydrogenation Reactors, Distillation Columns, Condensers, Pressure Vessels, Batch Charger, Screw Conveyors, Ribbon Blenders, condensers, receivers, chillers, oil separators for refrigeration systems, scrapped surface evaporators for heat sensitive chemical, pharmaceuticals & food products and Pressure Filters etc. for chemical process industries.

 

INDUSTRIAL REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS :

We are also designer, manufacturer, supplier on turnkey basis Industrial Refrigeration system based on Ammonia / Freon as refrigerant to meet your temperature requirement from plus 10 deg. C to minus 60 deg. C. We have supplied no. of condensers, chillers, receivers and oil separators for ammonia base refrigeration system having 0 to 450 sq. meter heat transfer area. Refrigeration plants are either fitted at site or can be made skid mounted at our workshop depending upon size of plants. The plants are highly energy efficient and their operations are controlled by control panels for auto functions. Controlled panels are either Electronic or Mechanical type of control panels.

 

HIGH EFFICIENCY POWER SAVING IMPELLERS FOR AGITATED REACTORS :

We are also designer, manufacturer & suppliers of HIGH EFFICIENCY POWER SAVING IMPELLERS (HEPS). We have supplied more that 200 nos. of HEPS IMPELLERS to various industries and running successfully with 40 – 50% of savings of electrical power and improvement in yield and quality of products as well as reduction of time cycle. Each Impeller is balance statically as well as dynamically for avoiding mechanical failures. HEPS Impellers can also be manufactured for presently installed and running reactors for saving of power, higher heat and mass transfer, and time cycle of operation.

 

SODIUM SILICATE PLANTS :

We are the largest supplier of plant and machinery on turnkey basis for Sodium Silicate Product in India & Abroad, where we design, manufacture and supplies equipment and commission the plant to customer satisfaction.
